I have gained over 10 years experience working in various roles across the HR industry, including HR administrator and advisor, employee experience manager and communication and engagement manager. I am CIPD Associate qualified and support businesses with ensuring their HR policies and procedures are legal and fair whilst supporting business growth.
Having worked for a leading UK retail giant I understand the fast pace and varied nature of business growth and will be there to support you with the ‘back office’ to ensure it runs smoothly and is one thing of your to do list.
My particular expertise lies in policy creation, implementation and support, employee communication and engagement tools and general HR query management. I am organised and planful and enjoy putting simple administration hacks into your day to day life to make it easier.
Charlotte Piil – Associate
I am a highly motivated person and I am extremely passionate about making sure your employees have the right training and tools to do their job. From my experience I know that there isn’t one shoe that fits all. I also know that without the basics being right it can be hard to grow and progress your business.
I have worked within Retail Management and the HR industry for over 12 years in various roles including business recruitment and trainer, commercial manager and managing people. I have also supported a business wide project to over 500 stores, delivering training to teams and supporting regional managers. I want to put my all into supporting you with the tasks that always drop off your to do list so that you can focus on your core business offering.
