Who We Are

I set up My People Services in 2020 with a vision to support businesses achieve their goals by implementing and supporting a people focused workplace culture. This can range from the day to day tasks of delivering contracts, offer letters and designing employee policies to delivering bespoke training and engagement days to promote collaboration, team work and employee engagement. 

I am really passionate about what I do, your employees are the most important part of your business. They are at the forefront of what you do and become the biggest brand ambassadors for you with your clients. Being passionate about the culture they work in will only mean good things for your business and that’s what we are all about – helping you implement a strategy to promote your culture and support your employees effectively.

I pride myself on my integrity and deliver only the highest standards for my clients. I have over 12 years HR experience and I am CIPD qualified. I will work closely with you to understand your needs and offer a competitive rate for our delivery.
